Established in 1989 by an ever changing cohort of traditional peoples from northwestern California with purpose to return native knowledge to local communities.
Fâat? What?
First, archival retrieval, documentation and community discussion. Second, combine traditional knowledge with creative expression. Third, create new speakers.
Hôoy? Where?
Our homeland is northwestern California. Happily our voice is heard far and wide.
