Northern California’s Tori McConnell Crowned Miss Indian World 2023 Tori McConnell, Yurok tribal member and Karuk tribal descendant, won the title of Miss Indian World 2023 at the Gathering of Nations Pow-wow in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
